What does "royalty-free" mean?
Royalty-free pricing is based solely on the size of the product
you need, not the specific use. You don't have to pay any additional
fees on a use-by-use. Once you purchase a royalty-free product,
you may use it multiple times for multiple projects without paying
additional fees. Royalty-free images offer creative professionals
an alternative to right-managed imagery -- without sacrificing quality
or creativity. Royalty-free products provide a solution for every
budget, with few usage restrictions. Once you pay the fee for a
royalty-free product, you can use the images as frequently and creatively
as you'd like. (Pornographic, defamatory, libelous or otherwise
unlawful use of any image is, of course, prohibited.) Top
Are the Premium Web Images available at 300dpi?
Not in the Premium Web Images category. The Premium Web Images
are all at a resolution of 72dpi and do not include the 300dpi resolution images
found elsewhere within this site.
If you require any of the Premium Web Images at 300dpi then you can find them
by doing a searching for the image number i.e.: (PT00204) this will produce two
images, one from the Premium Web Images. You will see that one of the two has
a higher price, this is where you will get your 300dpi image from. Top

you?

What is a Cookie?
A unique string of letters and numbers that the web server stores
in a file on your hard drive. This method is used by web designers
to track visitors to a website so the visitors don't have to enter
the same information every time they go to a new page or revisit
a site. For example, web designers use cookies to keep track of
purchases a visitor wants to make while shopping through a web catalog.
Cookies may work through a single visit to a website, such as when
tracking a shopping trip, or may be set to work through multiple
sessions when a visitor returns to the site. Top
Does my browser need to accept cookies?
Yes. The creativestockimages.co.uk website requires a browser that
is enabled to accept cookies. Top
How does your licensing work, exactly?

What is a model release?
A model release is a signed release by the person(s) depicted in

consent for his or her likeness to be used for commercial purposes
-- including advertising, publishing, promotion, etc. (as set forth
in the release). Top
If I can't get an image to download, what other options do
I have?
If you're having trouble downloading an image, you can contact
us for assistance. Top
Tips for downloading
Always follow our download instructions.
Important note for 75MB, 48MB, 28MB and 10MB files: Most of our
images are compressed for download. If opened in your browser window,
these images will decompress to their full size onscreen. This can
cause 'out of memory' errors and slower downloads. To avoid errors
and slow downloads, save the files directly to disk by following
our download instructions. Otherwise, you can still save the image
to disk by choosing 'Save As...' from the File menu after the
image displays completely onscreen. You can change the application
your browser associates with JPEG images by going to 'Applications'
in your browser's preferences. You can download multiple images
at the same time, but doing so will probably increase your overall
download time. You can rename an image before downloading, or keep
it the same. Save files directly to your desktop for easy reference. Top
Failed downloads
If your image download fails for some reason, please do not re-purchase
that product. All image purchases are available for re-downloading
from the History page. To access them, roll over 'my account'
and select 'history' button. Royalty-free images are always available
for re-download unless they have been removed from the collection.
For help with failed downloads, please contact Creative Stock Images. Top
