Refunds and Cancellations

on downloaded images purchased from CreativeStockImages.co.uk.
Refund authorisations are required for all refunds. Contact CreativeStockImages via email to receive a refund authorisation. Please include the invoice/order # and your reason for the refund. After authorisation, we will refund your money for the amount of the purchase, back to the card that was originally used.
Orders may be cancelled, with no charge to you, if the order has not been downloaded.
